SOMATIC CLASSES
In Enchanted performance studio,
The Somatic Movement Wellness approach focuses on the mind-body connection. It is practiced to guide students towards their inner-well being through body movements and breathing techniques which is an efficient form of nonverbal stress alleviation.
We also offer Pilates sessions that focus on increasing postural alignment and flexibility while strengthening one’s physical abilities. Teens, too, have a specially designed course in our studio that teaches them the fundamental techniques of dancing and provides them with essential mobility exercises and coordination understanding of all types of performances.
